I offer an initial free 15-minute consultation. This session allows us to have a chat to ascertain if it feels "right". There is no obligation to progress to paid sessions. 
Subsequent sessions are charged at £55 for 50 minutes.

I am a person centred counsellor and offer an integrative space. This may include drawing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, or mindfulness-based techniques. 

How can I be sure that my sessions will be confidential?

Confidentiality is priority and your privacy is respected at all times. I am ICO registered and and so you can be assured about the safety of your anonymity and data.

What can I expect during my first session?

During a therapy session with me, you can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I have a personable approach and recognise the importance of building a rapport one with another.
